Notice on Filing Written Consumer Complaints

In accordance with Article 10. of the Consumer Protection Act and  with Article 6 paragraph 3 of the Act on the Provision of Tourism Services (NN 130/17) we would like to inform our customers that a complaint on the quality of our services may be submitted:

The response to your written complaint will be provided in writing within 15 days as of the receipt of the complaint.

When filing a complaint, please provide the following information about the consumer: name, surname, and address or e-mail for response delivery.
