The conditions, content and prices of services have been clearly mentioned for each service. Fair Wind d.o.o. shall be obliged to uphold them and hereby waives the right to change them after a guest pays the advance payment or confirms the reservation of the service. Immediately after receiving the advance, Fair Wind d.o.o. shall be obliged to issue an invoice to the guest for his advance payment, while on the day of guest’s departure, after the service has been consumed, Fair Wind d.o.o. shall cancel the issued invoice for the advance payment and issue an invoice for service provided to the guest.
