Ivana Kovačić

Hello! I’m Ivana Kovačić,  Booking Manager and Owner of Fair Wind Yacht Charter Company, and I’m excited to share my journey with you.

In 1998, I graduated in Economics with a specialization in Finance and Accounting, unaware that an incredible adventure in the yacht charter industry awaited me.

My passion for sailing ignited in 2004 when my dad acquired a sailboat, inspiring our family to seek thrilling adventures on the water during our travels. That first trip transformed everything!

In 2014, alongside my exceptional husband Paško, I established Fair Wind, starting with a fleet of three sailboats. Our vision has grown, driven by the commitment to create unforgettable sailing holidays in Croatia that captivate and inspire our esteemed clients.

As a dedicated mother of three (ages 23, 20, and 15), I’ve mastered multitasking and organizing, allowing me to effectively manage the business while wholeheartedly embracing every role within our company.
