CORONAVIRUS INFO
We would like to inform you that we are closely monitoring the situation with the Coronavirus and follow the advisories of the Croatian Government, Ministry of Health and the Service of Civil Protection.
Although our season starts in less than two months, due to the global outbreak of the virus and in response to our customers’ concerns, we would like to inform you about changes we will apply in our booking and cancellation policy from today until further notice.
1. ALREADY BOOKED CHARTERS
Depending on the availability, for already booked charters it is possible to change dates as long as the departure remains in 2020. This is possible even without any official current travel restrictions, either in Croatia or in the country of origin. If the rescheduled booking is priced higher or lower the price difference will be amended accordingly. The possible discount used for the initial booking will be used in the same percentage for the rescheduled booking.
2. FUTURE BOOKINGS
For future bookings done as from today and until further notice, the required initial deposit will be 20% instead of 50% as it was required until now.
3. FINAL PAYMENT
The final payment for current and future bookings can be paid:
- for charters scheduled to start by June 13,2020, directly in the marina by check-in, either in cash or by credit card
- for charters scheduled to start after June 13, 2020,at the latest 15 days before the charter departure
4. CASE/S OF OFFICIAL TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
In case that a client is unable to get to Split due to official, documentable travel restrictions announced in Croatia or in the originating country, the term #1 will apply, that is, it will be possible to cancel the charter in 2020 and a credit note will be issued to the client to use it for a charter in 2021. If the rescheduled booking is priced higher or lower the price difference will be applied accordingly. The possible discount used for the 2020.booking will be used in the same percentage for 2021. Please note that due to planned fleet changes (selling the older boats and getting the new ones), we don’t have the list of boats nor a weekly pricing list for 2021. at this moment, but we will have it sometime during 2020. season.
Further development of the situation will depend on the advisories of the Authorities and we will keep you informed.
There are 56 affected patients confirmed in Croatia so far, all of which have only mild symptoms, and in Split-Dalmatian county there are no affected patients. Croatian authorities have been taking many measures to minimize the spread of the virus.
Hopefully, with the arrival of higher temperatures, which will allow people to spend more time outdoors, the spread of the virus will be stopped and we will all be able to travel freely as we used to.
Feel free to contact us for any further questions.
